All Pontoon Operators Must Be 30 Years Old or Older, With A Valid US Driver’s License, Boater Safety Certificate and 5 years boating experience. This Pontoon Rental Agreement is made by and between Mariners Sun Harbor LLC and the Renter and/or Boat Operator (R/O) identified on the front of this agreement and signed below and is effective of the date of the signature of the R/O. Rules for Use of Pontoon and Equipment, R/O agrees that they shall use the pontoon, Including all its equipment, safety (life) vests, motor, gas tank, ropes, buoys, anchor and sounding devices (herein after collectively referred to as "the pontoon”) only for the purpose of personal boating on the Barnegat Bay, with safety always in mind, and in accordance with ALL of the following rules:
